Here is what we are going to make
supplies:
PSP - you can get a free trial version here:
Template - I made it with a fantasy Moments Scrapkit called "Winter Ocean"
Tube -
Open the tube and my template in PSP and let's get to work.
1. Open a new transparent raster layer in PSP 600 x 450 pix.
2. Selections > Select all.
3. Layers > New raster Layer
4. Copy and paste the template into the selection > Selections > Select none
5. Image > resize > resize 80 percent.
6. Copy and paste the tube onto the image and resize her 80% 2 times
7. In your materials palette make your foreground color #0d3e0d and your background color void
8. Grab your selection tool (3rd from the bottom) and draw out an elipse around the tube.
9. click your text tool and find your font chick at 36 sizing (should come with windows standards and PSP). Click on the circle till you see a little scoop under the A and type Singing in the rain and apply.
10. On your layers palette click open the vector you just created and close off the ellipse only and then reclose the vector. Layers > Convert to raster layer.
11. Move your text to where you want it on the image...it's you tag afterall and you want it to look the way you want it.
12. Once you have it where you want it duplicate that layer and black out your other layers.
13. Grab your magic wand and holding down the shift key click inside the words. Once you click in each letter release the shift key and flood fill your text with the color #dbf8f7.
14. Merge these two layers only and rename the layer text.
15. Back to the template we made earlier duplicate that layer and with the bottom layer highlighted Adjust > Blur > Motion Blur at the following settings:
16. Repeat Blur but at the following settings:
17. Effects > Texture effects > fur at the following settings:
18. Go to the top layer and resize by 90 pix
19. Layers > New raster Layer and drag this layer to the bottom of the image. Flood fill with the green from earlier
20. Image > Picture Frame > edge Brush 4 .
21. Merge all layers .... add your watermark... and voila you are done
